Doctors with a passion to help you look and feel your best!
By Deb Lehman
Trained in medical and cosmetic services, Dr. Richard Schaller and Dr. Toni Marcheskie run a physician-performed cosmetic enhancement and anti-aging practice to help patients achieve their goals of happiness and well-being.
While many non-physician providers perform cosmetic procedures, Schaller and Marcheskie are board-certified doctors with many years of patient-care experience. As emergency physicians, they recognized the relationship between healthy lifestyle decisions and longer, happier lives. To help patients achieve these goals, they became certified in medical weight loss, nutritional supplementation, and hormone balancing for men and women. They also pursued medical training to offer patients cosmetic enhancement and anti-aging options, including:
Facial Cosmetic Treatments
YAG Laser treatment—Used for facial resurfacing and removal of wrinkles and irregular pigments—plus permanent hair removal and removal of abnormal vascular marking and birthmarks.
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light Therapy)—A Viora laser machine removes wrinkles as well as sun spots and marks. What’s more, IPL can be used for permanent hair removal and treatment of acne.
RF (Radio Frequency) treatment—The Viora is also used for body contouring and firming of sagging skin and cellulite, as well as removal of wrinkles and irregular pigments and scars, especially long-term acne scars. RF achieves remarkable results for full facial rejuvenation and correction of blemishes and wrinkles. Furthermore, RF treatment provides vaginal rejuvenation for women who are experiencing vaginal dryness, pain with intercourse, or mild incontinence.
PDO threads: This technology, which uses specially designed surgical threads, builds collagen and stimulates the facial tightening process. PDO threads can be used in combination with facial fillers or Botox.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapies—PRP is loaded with cell stimulating growth factors that help to regenerate your own bodies’ cells. PRP can be micro-needled into the skin, resulting in facial rejuvenation, or can also be spread over the scalp to result in hair growth for men.
Body Contouring—The Viora can shrink excess fat on the waist or cellulite on the arms and legs.
Sexual Wellness—Rejuvenations offers treatments for both men and women to improve sexual desire and performance. Hormone balancing procedures and medications for erectile dysfunction are recommended for men. Women can be treated for hormone balancing and vaginal rejuvenation, as well as a new FDA-approved libido treatment called Vyleesi.
Medical Assisted Weight loss—Rejuvenations offers multiple medication assisted programs for weight loss. There are short term medication options to lose weight over a few months, and longer term options to help maintain weight loss including Semaglutide, a revolutionary new Peptide treatment.
Most cosmetic services are not covered by insurance companies. Hormone balancing and medical weight loss may be covered by insurance regarding lab work and medications. The staff will provide prior authorization requests.
Success Stories
Meet DM, a 52 year old male who presented to Rejuvenations due to fatigue and no energy, excess weight gain, poor sleep, and loss of interest in sex with erectile dysfunction. DM was falling asleep at the workplace, and despite dieting and exercise, he couldn’t lose weight. This is a common scenario for men that often goes untreated and puts stress on marriage and work. Based on testing and careful history intake, the doctors assessed abnormal Cortisol levels, low Testosterone, and elevated estrogen levels. Rejuvenations treated these conditions with hormone balancing, medication to facilitate sleep, and Semaglutide, the new Peptide treatment. Within four weeks, DM felt young and vibrant. He slept better, lost weight, and regained energy which pleased him, his wife, and employer.
Meet SS, a 49 year old female who presented to Rejuvenations with complaints about the lines and wrinkles on her face, weight gain, embarrassing hot flashes at work, fatigue, and loss of interest in sex. Her physician told her these symptoms were caused by menopause and recommended estrogen therapy. A thorough evaluation revealed a normal estrogen level, but low progesterone and testosterone levels which were replaced with bio-identical progesterone and testosterone. Within three weeks, SS’s levels were back in balance and she felt better. Her forehead and multi-face lines were treated with Botox. SS loved the outcome and was happy with her younger appearance and newfound confidence and interest in life.
