The Loving Piece is more than just a store. It’s a place where you can buy incense, oracle cards, sage, candles, and more. It’s a haven for the curious, soul-searchers, motivators, and dreamers looking to fulfill their purpose and surround themselves with like-minded people.
“Don’t ever dismiss your dreams,” says Nanci Hummer, Shop Owner, Shaman, and Reiki Practitioner. “The universe has put them there for a reason, and it is better to try, than to wonder if. I had been talking about opening up a shop for over ten years, and my spiritual advisor said, "you keep saying someday, or when I open up my own shop. Why don't you begin saying, 'I am a shop owner'?" I left her session saying "I am a shop owner," and within five months, I signed a lease in November 2014 and opened my doors in July 2015.
This July will mark the 7th year anniversary of The Loving Piece, a new-age metaphysical shop and spiritual networking community that offers a variety of metaphysical necessities, from sage, pure incense, and healing crystals to Himalayan salt lamps, singing bowls, tapestries, and dream catchers. The Loving Piece provides an innovative alternative to traditional healing practices.
